We all enjoy the action that NBA offers us and of course, we also enjoy taking part in Fantasy NBA sometimes! People are always interested about fantasy NBA and sometimes, we can’t join a league when we need one. What you can do though when the need calls for it is to create your own league.

Fantasy NBA is a way where you can take part of the action instead of just watching it and cheering for your team. Step 1:

Find people to join your league, ideally 10 people but you can have less or more than that if you wish. If you are new to this then ask your friends to help you out and join you as well.

Get a website that can host your league. Take a trusted one and do a bit of research if it’s a legal one.

Choose a commissioner for your league. This is an important decision since this is the person who will be settling any disputes in your league.

Know how you’re going to handle your draft. The easiest way is to randomly assign teams draft numbers and have them pick the best available on the board at the time.

Decide on the set up of your rosters. Some teams play with as few as five players with one for each position or as many as fifteen players with two back-ups for each position.

So which categories does your league track? Find out about it. Some leagues just track points, rebounds and assists but it’s in your discretion if you want to track steals and blocks as well.

Step 7:

A scoring system for you fantasy league is important so you should be able to set it up. There are several options to choose from such as rotisserie scoring, head-to-head or fantasy point. Each has their pros and cons so make a decision that is best to your league.

To some people, creating a league maybe intimidating but it’s just intimidating to those who don’t know enough. With these steps, you can easily create your fantasy NBA league with confidence. Take it easy and enjoy the game!
